The Rat Raise

Collaborating with an Amsterdam based event series View of Point we created a scenography for their spring event The Rat Raise. Playing with the pressures of the rat race, we made a kinetic mobile symbolizing the fragile balance between control and instability. For the outdoor space, we created a textile installation from fabrics collected during the previous event. Visitors, who were asked to attend the event in their interpretation of an office outfit, could sacrifice their neckties and attach them into the work, allowing the installation to transform throughout the day.
